Michelle Alex, DPM, is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Core Clinical Trials and brings more than 25 years of experience across clinical research, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry.

She founded Core to connect experienced community-based investigators and their patient populations with high-quality clinical research opportunities. Under her leadership, Core has expanded into a clinical trial execution network combining research sites, dedicated early-phase capacity, centralized startup, protocol intelligence through TrialPulse®, home-enabled execution through OnSite Nurses®, and participant follow-up through ReEngage Research®.

Michelle leads corporate strategy, sponsor and CRO relationships, network expansion, and the development of new capabilities. She works directly with sponsors, CROs, and investigators to align protocol requirements with investigator expertise, patient access, and execution infrastructure.

Vincent Napoli serves as Executive Director of Core Clinical Trials and brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare and clinical research.

He leads sponsor and CRO business development while supporting investigator-network growth, study placement, and coordination across Core’s participating research sites. His work connects sponsor requirements with the investigators, patient populations, and operational capabilities needed to execute each protocol successfully.

As Core has expanded, Vinny has helped build the commercial and operating relationships that allow independent sites to participate in a coordinated network while preserving the local physician and patient relationships that make community-based research effective.
