Executive Director

Vinny Napoli is a seasoned Executive Director with over 25 years in the healthcare and clinical research industry. A graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Forensic Osteology, Vinny's unique background enriches his capacity to innovate and drive advancements in clinical trials. Matthew S. Longson

Senior Director of Operations & Physician Partnerships

Matthew S. Longson, is the Senior Director of Operations & Physician Partnerships at Core Clinical Trials. With over 15 years in clinical research, Matt specializes in operational excellence and physician partnership management, ensuring high-quality data production and site growth. He began his career in patient recruitment, leading a team in Salt Lake City that significantly contributed to Pain studies. He later directed a major site network's growth from 30 to over 160 sites and managed substantial SDR and Account Executive teams.

Matt's expertise encompasses a wide range of therapeutic areas, including pain, cardiology, gastroenterology, mental health, and studies involving psychedelics. His experience is vital in supporting Core Clinical Trials' mission to bring research as a care option to more clinics, focusing on quality data and strong partner relationships.

Sue Griffiths, BS, CCRC

Psychedelic Research Program Lead

Sue Griffiths is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRC) with extensive experience in clinical research, having begun her career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Utah in 1989. Over the years, she advanced through roles such as Lead Coordinator and Project Manager at prominent research organizations. Recently, Sue has focused on psychedelic studies, bringing her deep expertise in study protocol design, participant safety, and regulatory compliance to the forefront. Her broad responsibilities range from Phase 1-4 trials, including participant recruitment, data collection, and regulatory submissions. An adept leader, Sue has also held significant positions within the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, mentoring teams and enhancing research practices.
